BREWERY CONFIRMATION *

As a brewery partner, our brewery agrees to pour at the Brewfest after the IPA 10K on November 1, 2025 from 9:50am to closing at 2:00pm. We agree to bring at least two styles and enough beer (jockey box preferable) for 3-4 oz. pours in event provided tasting glasses until closing. We also agree to provide beer awards and marketing as indicated on this form. In return, our brewery will receive the marketing exposure and other benefits listed above.
