POURING CONFIRMATION *

As a pouring partner, we agree to pour at the Brewfest or Wine Festival on November 1, 2025 from 10:00am to closing at 2:00pm. We agree to bring at least two beer/wine styles/varietals and enough beer (jockey box preferable) or wine (3 cases recommended) for 3 oz. pours in tasting glasses provided until closing. We also agree to provide beer awards and marketing as indicated on this form. In return, we will receive the marketing exposure and other benefits listed above. Arrival instructions with passes will be sent prior to the event.
